Welcome to the V’TAE website. The purpose of the site is to provide you the ability to purchase V’TAE products and obtain information about V’TAE and our products.
To order, you can order online or by phone. 800.643.3011 Please don’t forget to check the Store Locator for a retailer near you.
We try to display the colors of our products as accurately as we can. Actual colors you see depend on your monitor and may vary.
Product packaging does change from time to time and you may receive old or new packaging without notice for any of our products.
Prices and availability of the products and services listed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Pre-packaged gifts and/or gifts are assembled individually and may vary slightly. V’TAE reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.
In the rare case of backorders or out-of-stock products, V’TAE will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If for any reason, we determine a product is no longer available we will cancel the item from your order and will contact you via email or phone. We do not charge your credit card until an item ships. Therefore, your credit card will not need to be adjusted upon order cancellation.
Shipping: We usually ship UPS or through the United States Postal Service within 72 business hours after we receive your order (we are closed on Saturday and Sunday). Most shipments will arrive within 3-10 days from shipment date. If you need a RUSH delivery or have special instructions, please specify in your order under comments and we will try to accommodate your request.
Shipping Calculations: Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and each shipping address.
Multiple Shipping Addresses: If you are sending the same item or different items to multiple shipping addresses you can 1) either enter each order separately online or 2) contact us toll-free at 800-643-3011 and we will be happy to help. International customers please call us at 530-265-4255 or email us at email@example.com.
PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes in the United States. Rates & delivery times may vary.
Returns: We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please call if you need to return an item(s) to receive an authorization number. All orders returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Because the freshness of our products is important, we cannot accept any returns more than ninety (90) days after the ship date. Packaging and product must be received back in perfect condition. Returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Damage Claims: If your merchandise is damaged, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt), so that we can track the source of the damage with the shipper and respond to you quickly.
California Sales Tax: We are required to collect sales tax for shipments to California destinations.
When you sign-up for e-mail, you will be added to the vtae.com email marketing list and from time to time you will receive special offers, new product details, invites to events, and more. V’TAE does not sell or rent your e-mail address to un-affiliated companies.
Occasionally, we may offer special surveys, quizzes or polls. We will aggregate the answers provided by all participants and use the information to better understand our customers and improve our products and services. We may also use the information you provide in your responses to personalize our product or services to you. V’TAE will retain and use survey information that may be provided in an open-ended survey question.
If you no longer wish to receive e-mails about special offers, news, etc., please contact us in writing and request “remove me from email or mailings”.
